ABS (Anchor Bio-stone)

Our ABS method has various functional benefits to prevent river shore erosion/corrosion, and floods. However its exterior looks traditional “Dry rubble masonry” style, stones are piled up by ABS methods so it is structurally strong. The keys to sustain high durability and disaster resistance are back-nets and anchor fasteners which connecting each stones. Stones can be collected at local construction site, or we can supply stones depending on your needs. We have variety of options like round river rock to hand-crafted splitface rock. Another key characteristic of ABS method is gap and depth between stones. These are important function to keep living space for riverside creatures. ABS method will enrich riverside environment as well as protecting human living from natural disasters.

ATS (Anchor Tough-stone)

The advanced form of masonry style stone wall which integrated by antirust treatment anchors. Compared to traditional masonry method, we can pile stones up to three tiers before casting with concrete. Therefore, we can maximize workability and achieve minimizing construction period. The gap between stones are designed to be deep, and it look so natural to scenery.

RcS (Rack-stone)

RcS method is best to minimize construction period and improve workability while achieving stylish exterior design. The method can easily be applied by attaching metal fittings to existing or newly constructed wall surface of various gradients. Compared to conventional methods, total wall thickness is thinner that it has remarkable flexibility with design planning. Also there are variety of surface design possibilities like stone colors and surface textures.

RcS (meshframe type)

We build stone wall and wall formwork in parallel, so compared to conventional method RcS meshframe can reduce construction duration significantly. Compared to conventional methods, it can revive natural river shore landscape of bumps and dips which secure space for nature habitation to live. Regardless of the size, we usually reuse cobblestones from construction site to keep original landscape, but it is also possible to supply stone from variety of options. The exterior look can be depending on stone type, color, and size.

This method was completed through the joint development with National Formwork Association (Zenkoku Katawaku Kougyoukai) to which our company belongs. By the integration of Remaining-formwork (=Pierce) and Remaining-exterior materials (=stones), stone exterior and wall can be constructed in parallel to minimize construction period. Depending on your design needs we can suggest the best solution.
